‘Listening with the Body: A workshop in hauntology’ will guide you through a series of body awareness exercises alongside some thoughts about hauntology.

This audio workshop has been made to accompany you on a journey to a place of your choosing. The journey should begin in your home or an equivalent place where you feel comfortable to move and have enough space to both lie on the floor and stand. You will then be invited to leave this indoor space and take a walk to a place of your choosing.
